|Where Cards Fall - PC and Nintendo Switch Release Date Announcement Trailer|
Added: 15.10.2021 16:45 | 0 views | 0 comments
Where Cards Fall, the slice of life puzzle game where you build houses of cards to bring formative memories to life, is coming to Nintendo Switch and PC on November 4, 2021. Check out the beautiful trailer for the game from the creators of Blaseball.
Where Cards Fall's coming-of-age story isn't a straight line, but a cyclical process the characters engage with time and time again. The houses of cards give each scene a distinct identity and sense of place. As you solve puzzles, you'll gain small glimpses into the characters' lives, uncovering memories within the houses of cards. While the puzzles gently flow into each other, things don't always conclude neatly.
Where Cards Fall is also available now on Apple Arcade.

|Star Wars Game Announcement Teased for December - IGN Daily Fix|
Added: 14.10.2021 0:51 | 0 views | 0 comments
On today's IGN The Fix: Games,
Disney and Lucasfilm have teased a Star Wars video game announcement for December as part of a publishing campaign that will reveal new Star Wars products every Tuesday for the rest of the year. As announced in an article on the official Star Wars website, the companies have launched their "Bring Home the Bounty" campaign, which will see "new Star Wars toys, collectibles, books, apparel and more" revealed on a weekly basis from now until the end of December.
We're days away from another Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League preview at DC FanDome, but it looks like Rocksteady is starting up a good old-fashioned ARG ahead of time. The official Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Twitter account shared the phone number (310) 564-7047. Don't worry, IGN tested it out and you won't be dialing some poor random person's number like what happened during Squid Game.
While not included in the upcoming expansion, Final Fantasy 14: Endwalker will receive a post-launch patch with a new mode that vaguely sounds like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing called Island Sanctuary. In an interview with IGN, Final Fantasy 14 director Naoki Yoshida shared more details about this upcoming mode and what you can and can't do.
Details for the Island Sanctuary mode remain sparse, especially since it's not planned to be released until after the Endwalker expansion is released in November. But we did know that you can tend to animals and crops similar to a farming sim.

|Introducing the ISOCELL HP! and 'ChameleonCell'|
Added: 13.10.2021 5:26 | 0 views | 0 comments
Ah yes, high resolution sensors continue to evolve. While not as technically sophisticated as Nokia's PureView RGB oversampling back in 2012 (just saying...), the new 'ChameleonCell' system from Samsung in the HP1 works on a (wait for it) 200MP sensor in either 2x2 (reducing the raw sensor resolution down to 50MP), 4x4 (ditto 12.5MP), or even full resolution pixel configurations, depending on available light. However, the pixel layout was also released and I have some serious colour rendering worries...
